Returns Policy

If your item arrives in faulty condition, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 28 days of receipt. 

Please take the time to use our sizing guide before your purchase to prevent disappointment - we cannot make refunds due to incorrect fit. 

As many of our products are made-to-order, we do not accepts returns on items unless they are faulty or the order is incorrect. Please note that sales are final. 

Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. 

Please note: 
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. 

All goods will be inspected on return. 

If you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately, and return the item to us. Once we receive the item, you will be sent a replacement, or a refund. Please do not return anything to us before we have approved the return. 

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 

We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. 

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made. 

Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
