Skingraft AW 2015 at New York Fashion Week
Posted: Feb 19 2015
A few weeks back, we wrote about Skingraft’s FW15 collection, and gave you a preview of the looks. Here we give you all the looks from the LA-based street fashion label’s latest show at New York Fashion Week.
As described in the previous article about the collection, designer Jonny Cota took inspiration from an urban trek through the Peruvian mountains.
The collection features the oversized silhouettes the designer is known and loved for, and is, as always, showing great care for detail. In true Skingraft spirit, the Autumn Winter collection also features a great mix of materials and textures, seamlessly combined into stunning yet subdued looks. For the women, the silhouette is tighter, featuring heeled stilettos and skintight leather leggings.
Continuing the development of the palette from SS15, the collection features elements of red-and-black combinations. As usual, black is dominating in the collection, with elements of cream and beige.
It wouldn’t be a Skingraft collection without leather, and the Autumn Winter 2015 collection features a lot of it.
